My future use of hydro power

Ok now you might think hydro power is to expensive but I disagree. Basically I will be setting up a small hydro generator to run off or rainwater coming our of our rain gutters. I will use this to charge batteries I can run appliances such as my laptop on.

Alternative energy is the way to go Micro hydro power is becoming more affordable as time goes by. I like to try things out small first and build upon the power grid by linking multiple power sources to power everything.

One thing I am always interested in is scalability of the hydro systems. One key to all of my alternative energy supplies is the ability to add on, this is a unique situation with Hydro power as you need the water flow. Still a very viable alternative energy source I just have to find the right system for me.
